These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you") and re999 ("we", "us", "the Platform", "re999") governing your access to and use of the re999 website located at re999.bio and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, keno, and any other gaming or promotional services offered by re999 from time to time.

Until identity verification is satisfactorily completed, re999 may restrict deposit, withdrawal, or gameplay activity on the account.

To access re999's real-money services, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active re999 account. The creation, operation, or use of multiple accounts — for any reason, including bonus farming, identity concealment, or circumventing account restrictions — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Failure to complete KYC to re999's satisfaction may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

re999 supports the following payment methods for Pakistani members: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and cryptocurrency where available. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

Deposits: Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day depending on your financial institution. re999 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which re999 bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: re999 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. Standard processing timelines are as follows:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: typically within 5 to 30 minutes of approval;
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers: typically within 1 to 24 hours;
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals: subject to blockchain confirmation times.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for a deposit on your account, or to a verified account held in your own name. re999 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Minimum and Maximum Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the re999 cashier at the time of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account verification status. re999 reserves the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.

Funds Security: All player funds held in re999 accounts are maintained separately from the company's operational funds. re999 does not use player deposits for operating expenses.

re999 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on each offer, which form part of and supplement these Terms.

General Bonus Conditions:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible game contributions will be clearly stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses and their associated winnings expire if the stated wagering requirements are not completed within the specified time window.
• Free spins winnings are typically capped at a specified maximum amount as stated on the relevant promotion page.
• re999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that any such modification will not retrospectively disadvantage members who have already opted in and commenced wagering on the affected promotion.

Bonus Abuse: re999 operates a zero-tolerance policy for bonus abuse. Conduct classified as bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses; using automated betting strategies or software to exploit promotional terms; engaging in coordinated account activity with other members; placing opposing bets across accounts to lock in guaranteed returns regardless of outcome. Any member found engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance and associated winnings voided, and may face permanent account suspension.

All bets and wagers placed on re999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, and keno each operate under their own published rule sets, accessible within the relevant section of the platform. The following general conditions apply across all re999 products:

• Bet Settlement: Bets are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body or data provider. In the case of data discrepancies, re999 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation.
• Obvious Errors: Where a bet is accepted due to a clear and manifest pricing error — such as an incorrectly listed decimal odds figure that is materially out of line with market consensus — re999 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake, or to recalculate the bet at the correct odds.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum individual bet amounts are displayed at the time of bet placement. re999 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any account or market without prior notice.
• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only valid and binding once a confirmation number has been issued by the re999 system. Bets that have not received a confirmation reference are not considered accepted and carry no obligation on re999 to settle.
• Disconnection Policy: re999 is not liable for losses incurred as a result of internet connectivity issues, power failures, or device malfunctions on the user's side during live betting or casino gameplay. Where a provably incomplete game round can be verified from server logs, re999 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly.

For cricket betting specifically — re999's flagship product — all PSL and international matches are settled using official scorecards from the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC). Ball-by-ball live markets are subject to live data feed accuracy and may be suspended during periods of data unavailability without notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the re999 platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any scripted system to place bets, interact with games, or access the platform in a non-human manner;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or other player-versus-player formats;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the re999 platform or any game engine for financial gain;
• Using re999 accounts for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit financial activity;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing re999 using VPN, proxy, or anonymisation tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account suspensions;
• Engaging in match-fixing or any conduct that compromises the integrity of sporting events on which re999 offers betting markets;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing re999 staff or other users through any communication channel.

re999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement;
• Receipt of a valid legal order or regulatory directive requiring account action;
• Discovery that the member is ineligible to hold a re999 account (e.g., underage, previously self-excluded).

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, re999 will communicate the reason for suspension to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe. Pending withdrawals may be placed on hold during an active investigation. Where suspension follows confirmed Terms violations, re999 may forfeit any remaining bonus balance but will endeavour to return verified real-money deposits net of any losses attributable to fraudulent activity.

You may voluntarily close your re999 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any outstanding real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within the standard withdrawal processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

All content on the re999 platform — including but not limited to the re999 name, logo, website design, written content, graphics, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of re999 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the re999 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not grant you any rights to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software underlying the re999 platform;

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, re999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or any losses resulting from third-party payment processing delays.

re999's total aggregate liability to any individual member arising from any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member to their re999 account in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

re999 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures, and regulatory interventions may affect platform availability. re999 accepts no liability for losses arising from unavailability of the platform for reasons outside its reasonable control.

re999 is committed to protecting the personal data of all registered members. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed in detail by the re999 Privacy Policy, which should be read in full alongside these Terms.

In summary, re999 collects personal data that you provide during registration and KYC, transaction data associated with your deposits and withdrawals, gameplay data for fraud prevention and responsible gaming compliance, and technical data such as IP addresses and device identifiers for security and analytics purposes. Your data is never sold to unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which re999 operates its gaming licence.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute between you and re999, you are encouraged to contact the re999 support team in the first instance. re999 commits to investigating all formal complaints within 5 business days and providing a written response. The vast majority of disputes are resolved at this stage through direct dialogue.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through direct support, you may escalate the matter through re999's formal complaints procedure. Details of the escalation process will be provided to you in writing at the point of initial complaint acknowledgement.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and re999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
